How do you replace the battery in a Ford Fiesta key? Follow this guide to perform the replacement. Take your key and use a screwdriver to pry between the cover and the metal key until they separate. Split the cover into two parts, extract the battery with a screwdriver, and take a new one of the same size and voltage. Refit the two parts of the key fob cover until you hear them click into place. Check the proper functioning of the key fob by testing the door lock and unlock buttons.
