How to remove the radio on a Ford Transit. Remove the radio using the removal keys, here’s how to do it. Insert the keys into the holes on the plastic trim of the stereo, pull the stereo towards you as shown in the video, and extract the radio while being careful of the various wiring (disconnect the power connectors and the antenna cable). If you need to fit a different radio from the original, you will need an adapter. Refit the original radio by inserting it into the central dashboard after connecting the operating electrical connectors.
