We replace the thermostat if we are sure that it is broken, we do not throw pieces at random. Let's see the disassembly of the thermostat. Unscrew the pins located on the cap of the thermostat sleeve (under the vehicle), remove the sealing cap and extract the coolant thermostat from its seat after removing the screws. Once the piece has been removed, replace it with a new one, close the special compartment with the cap, tighten the locking pins well with all its parts. Make sure you have correctly inserted and mounted the thermostatic valve in the appropriate housing, top up with the new liquid. We turn on the vehicle and run a test.
