Removing the Seat from a Ford Focus

To remove the front seat from the car, let’s look at the process for a Ford Focus. Move the seat back and raise the seat base, then use a socket spanner to undo the securing bolts on the front rail. Move the seat forward using the adjustment handle and remove the securing pins from the back of the rail. Locate and disconnect the power connectors from under the front seat. Once disassembled, remove the front seat from inside the vehicle. Refit the front seat by reversing the disassembly steps.
