Replacing the Key Battery for Ford Focus and Mondeo

In this video, you will see how to replace the battery in the remote key of a Ford Focus, as well as in the Mondeo and other models from the manufacturer. First, take your remote and use a sharp object to pry in the designated hole to open the remote casing. Next, use a flat screwdriver to further pry open the remote into two parts and access the battery, removing it and replacing it with a new one (usually a 2032). Remember to insert the battery the correct way round: then reassemble the remote!
