In this short video tutorial, see how to remove the gear knob gaiter on a second-generation Ford Kuga in simple steps. First, get inside the vehicle and lever off the gaiter as shown in the video; once done, remove the gear knob by unscrewing it counterclockwise.

At this point, remove the knob and pull out the gaiter along with it; if desired, replace everything with new parts and reassemble by applying the reverse procedure, inserting the gaiter and knob together, then screw the knob back on and secure the gaiter!
