Video tutorial

In this tutorial, you will learn how to remove the steering wheel airbag from a second-generation Ford Kuga. First, get inside the car and turn the steering wheel 90 degrees, first to one side and then to the other: this will give you access to the two screws to be unscrewed with a Torx spanner.

At this point, you can extract the airbag, disconnecting the electrical connector on the back; the removal of the steering wheel is also demonstrated.

For reassembly, simply follow the reverse procedure of disassembly!
