Steering Wheel Removal on Ford Ka

Want to remove the steering wheel from the Ford Ka? Let's go through the removal of the steering wheel and the airbag mounted on it. Remove the inspection caps at the back of the steering wheel (if present), then unscrew the airbag retaining screws with a socket or screwdriver, disconnect the power connectors, and take the airbag out of the steering wheel. Unscrew the large central bolt that secures the steering wheel. Remove the old steering wheel and fit a new one. Reconnect the airbag power connectors, then press the airbag onto the steering wheel and simultaneously secure it with the screws.
