How to remove the original radio from a Ford Ka? Follow this guide to carry out the removal. Use original or aftermarket metal keys to detach the car stereo. Remove the air vents (located at the bottom); insert the keys into the holes in the plastic trim of the stereo and pull the stereo towards you. Carefully extract the radio, being mindful of the various wiring (disconnect the power connectors and the antenna cable). Finally, refit the original radio or a desired brand using the appropriate adapter for the connections.
