Replacing the Pollen Filter on a Transit Connect

Model: Ford Transit MK 6 - Years 2000-2006
Part: Cabin air filter

Let’s look at replacing the pollen air filter on a Ford Transit. Lift the front bonnet, unscrew the screws above the plastic covering the air filter. Remove the plastic under the front windscreen using a lever, then unscrew the filter cover (where the air filter is located) with a screwdriver. Remove the grille-shaped plastic with a screwdriver, then extract the worn cabin filter. Insert a new cabin filter ensuring it fits snugly around the walls of the box. Fit the grille back over the filter box and tighten the screws of the large covering plastic.
