Want to replace the gear gaiter? This guide shows how to remove the gaiter from above the plastics of the centre console. Grip the knob with your hands and turn it to the left (as if you were removing anything else), then remove it from the gear stick. Detach the plastic frame from above the centre console: pull up the gaiter and remove it. Slide the new gear gaiter onto the gear stick. Screw the new knob onto the stick on the centre console: tighten the new knob until it is fully threaded onto the lever. After reassembling the gaiter cover plastics, check everything.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
