Want to replace the gear gaiter? This guide shows how to remove the gaiter from above the plastics of the centre console. Grip the knob with your hands and turn it to the left (as if you were removing anything else), then remove it from the gear stick.

Detach the plastic frame from above the centre console: pull up the gaiter and remove it. Slide the new gear gaiter onto the gear stick. Screw the new knob onto the stick on the centre console: tighten the new knob until it is fully threaded onto the lever.

After reassembling the gaiter cover plastics, check everything.

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
