Engine Air Filter Replacement

Model: Ford Focus MK 3 - Years 2011-2018

Open the front bonnet and locate the air filter housing: it is situated on the front right side of the engine bay (when facing the front), near the battery. Remove the four screws securing the filter housing cover (the screws do not come out), take off the cover, and extract the old filter by first lifting the right side. Clean the housing of any debris present. To fit the new filter, insert the left side first, then the right side, ensuring it sits correctly in its place. Finally, reposition the cover and screw in the securing screws.
