How to Replace the Battery in the Ford Ecosport Remote

To replace the key battery, lift the rear cover of the remote, where the logo of your vehicle is located. You can do this simply by lifting it with your hands, giving you access to the metal key of the device, which you can remove by lifting it out. Now, using a flathead screwdriver, insert the head of the screwdriver into the slot at the top of the key. By gently prying, you can remove the panel covering the battery and separating the two parts of the key. Once you have access to the battery slot, you can easily replace it.
