How do you change the gear knob on a Ford Focus? Let’s look at removing and fitting the knob. Hold the knob and rotate it to the left until it comes off the gear lever. Use a plastic lever to disconnect the leather gaiter frame (if it needs replacing). Once the knob and the protective gaiter are removed, fit the new parts. Attach the new leather gaiter with clips, then take the new knob and slide it onto the lever in the centre console. Test the correct fitting of all parts mounted on the gear lever.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
