How to Reset the Ford C Max Radio

Model: Ford C Max MK 2 - Years 2010-2019

If the car radio remains stuck on and does not respond to any commands, you need to reset it by removing the relevant power fuse. The fuse box is located under the dashboard on the passenger side floor. Locate the two clips securing the plastic panel and remove them. You will then have access to the fuse box; find fuse number 79 and remove it. Wait at least 10 seconds before reinserting it. Then, turn off and restart the vehicle and check that the radio has been reset.
