How to Replace the Battery in the Ford C-MAX Hybrid

In this tutorial, learn how to replace the 12V battery in the Ford C-MAX Hybrid, located under the boot area. Start by opening the tailgate and lifting the floor panel. Next, remove the 3 screws and the indicated nut, then take out the entire plastic housing above the battery. Now, disconnect both terminals, starting with the negative, detach the ventilation hose, and unscrew the single fixing bolt located at the front. Fit the replacement by following the reverse procedure, ensuring to reconnect the positive terminal first and, of course, the ventilation hose.
