How to Replace the 12V Battery of the Ford C-Max Hybrid

In this guide, we will cover the main steps to remove and replace the 12V battery of the Ford C-Max Hybrid. First, open the boot and start by removing the rear plastic cover found on the floor by unscrewing all the fixing screws; then remove the plastic clips to access the battery, as shown in the video. At this point, disconnect both battery terminals (positive and negative) to remove it and replace it with a new one of the same amperage; apply the reverse procedure for reassembly!
