To reset the radio in a Ford F-250, turn the key in the ignition to power on the instrument cluster and the radio. Once the radio is on, remove the side cover of the footwell on the passenger side: after removing the cover, you will have access to the fuses.

The radio fuse must be removed and reinserted after a few seconds, as shown in the tutorial: after this operation, the radio will turn back on and be restored to its default settings.
