If the smart key on your new Ford Mustang Cobra suddenly stopped working don't worry as the problem could simply be caused by the dead battery. Below we will find out how to replace it safely and quickly. First you have to completely remove the emergency key by pulling it outwards. Then, using the same key, open the cover by making a slight push outwards, being careful not to create any damage. Once this is done, proceed with the replacement of the coin cell battery and, finally, replace the cover.
