Replacing the Exhaust Manifold Gasket

Model: Ford Fiesta MK IV, MK 4, Be91, Fiesta 4 - Years 1996-2002
Part: Engine

Thoroughly clean the gasket seating, removing any dirt and deposits from both the cylinder head and the manifold; then apply the new gasket, aligning it with the dowel pins, and insert the exhaust manifold; tighten the fixing nuts using a torque wrench and following a cross-tightening pattern to ensure perfect adherence of the gasket without any deformation. It is important that there are no leaks from the exhaust manifold to avoid annoying noises and to prevent compromising engine performance.
