How to Sync Your Mobile Device with the Ford Escape.

Model: Ford Escape MK 2 - Years 2008-2012

As you should do every time you perform maintenance on a vehicle, position your Ford Escape on a level surface (well secured) or on a lift to ensure operator safety. Now, turn on the Bluetooth connection on your device and press the second button (for voice communication) from the bottom on the steering wheel, and tell the onboard computer that you want to connect to your phone. At this point, just follow the voice instructions and say "OK" when prompted. The car will then send a PIN code to the phone that you need to enter when selecting the Bluetooth device to connect to. When you confirm, the onboard computer will acknowledge the successful operation.
