How to Replace the Battery in a Ford Escape?

To replace the battery in a Ford Escape, open the hood and locate the device, which is positioned near the left front headlight, directly under the air filter. To remove it, disconnect the terminals and loosen the bolts that secure the device to its housing.

Once the battery is freed, you can pull it out of its housing and replace it with a new part. The new battery should then be connected to the appropriate terminals and secured in its housing with the proper screws.
