Replacing the Key Fob Battery on a Ford Escape

In this video tutorial, you will learn how to disassemble and replace the battery in the key fob for the Ford Escape. First, take your key fob and use a thin, pointed object to pry open the side slot of the fob to remove the battery cover. Next, take out the old battery as shown in the video. Now, install the new battery of the correct type (in this case, a CR2032 3V); insert it in the correct orientation and reattach the back cover of the fob!
