How to change brake discs and front brake pads on Ford F 150
Model: Ford F-150
MK 12
- Years 2009-2014
To change the brake discs and brake pads on a Ford F150 we do the following: we start by raising the car, remove the wheel, remove the rear bolts holding the upper brake caliper bracket and move it, keeping it suspended with a hook , we remove the brake pads either with a screwdriver or by hand, we remove the rear bolts that hold the bracket that holds the pads. Now let's proceed with cleaning, lubricating and greasing the various components of the bracket where the pads go; we remove the old brake disc, take the new disc, remove it from the packaging and clean it with a special brake cleaner. Position the new disc in place of the old one, screw the bolts that hold the bracket holding the pads back in place, insert the new pads with the friction material towards the disc, get the brake pin piston back flush with the help of an old pad , screw the upper bracket of the caliper back on and screw the wheel back on. Now we can check the brake fluid level and top up if necessary. Finally we can press the brake pedal until it becomes like before we changed the pads.

How to Remove the Oil Filter on a Toyota Yaris
How to remove the oil filter on a Toyota Yaris? This is a simple operation if you follow the correct steps. Lift the car using a column lift or jack. After removing the cover panel (if present), use a socket spanner to unscrew the oil filter holder. Allow the oil to drain into a container for disposal. Remove the dirty and worn filter from the metal container; clean the container and insert a new filter. Screw the filter holder back into its designated housing using the appropriate spanner and lower the car once the job is complete. by ScegliAuto More videos
