To replace the fuel filter on a Ford Mondeo, first lift the vehicle using a column lift to access the filter. As shown in the video, locate the filter, clean it, and lubricate it with appropriate spray to facilitate the removal of the screws. Using a 10 mm socket and an 8 mm socket, unscrew the retaining bolts that hold the filter in place, then disconnect the filter from the relevant cables. Proceed to extract the filter and allow it to drain. At this point, clean the connectors with appropriate spray and replace the filter by connecting the new one and securing it with the retaining bolts.
