How to Reset the Sony 6000CD Radio in a Ford

To unlock the infotainment system in the Ford, you need to access the driver's seat and turn on the ignition by pressing the "start stop" button. Locate the buttons from "1" to "0" above the display and the CD loading slot. Press and hold the "1" and "6" buttons simultaneously for a few seconds, and the system will reset, displaying all the basic data stored by the manufacturer. Eventually, the display will show: "enter keycode". At this point, you can re-enter the four-digit code, and the system will be unlocked and usable.
