How to Change the Battery in a Ford C-Max Key

To replace the battery in the remote key of the vehicle, follow these simple steps: locate a slot on the side of the key where you can insert a small screwdriver to pry open the key. Once the key is open, locate the battery compartment and, using the same screwdriver, lift the battery out of the compartment. At this point, take the new battery (model CR 2032) and place it in the compartment, ensuring the positive pole is facing upwards. Finally, close the key by reattaching the two halves that make it up.
