To be able to replace the tailgate handle on the Ford C-Max, you need to go and open the tailgate, so that it is possible to unscrew the screws that fix the panel inside: after these screws have been loosened, it will be possible to detach the panel and access the underlying components. Here it will be possible to unscrew the screws and disconnect the connectors which secure the tailgate handle from the inside: the latter can now be removed by detaching it from the external part of its housing, above the number plate. At this point the new handle can be inserted, connecting and fixing it appropriately.
