Instructions for Replacing the Radiator

Model: Ford Focus MK 1 - Years 1998-2004

Before proceeding with this maintenance, ensure the engine is cold; then drain the coolant through the drain plug located under the radiator, disconnect the cooling fan power connector, and detach the supporting frame to remove it; continue by removing the trim, apply some Velcro straps to support the air conditioning condenser (which is the radiator in front of the coolant radiator), disconnect the hoses from the radiator itself, remove the support bracket bolts, disconnect the cable pass-throughs, and extract the radiator from below.
