Replacing the Radiator on a Ford Focus

Want to remove the radiator on a Ford Focus? Here’s how to do it. Lift the bonnet, then remove the air filter housing to access all the radiator securing bolts. Undo the securing bolts above the plates that hold the radiator at the top, then lift the car on a column lift and loosen the hose clip on the water hose. Disconnect the various hoses of the cooling system with a pair of pliers (undo the lock that secures the front bonnet if it obstructs removal). Once free from bolts and hoses, you can extract the fan assembly and then the radiator from the engine bay.
