This guide briefly explains the steps to remove and replace the fuel filter on a Ford Focus 1.5 TDCI. First, open the engine bonnet and locate the fuel filter, which is found at the top of the engine bay (to the left of the battery); then disconnect the fuel lines and unscrew the fixing bolts to remove it, disconnecting the electrical connector as shown in the video.

Now, replace the filter cartridge with the new one; reassemble the fuel filter and reconnect all fittings!
