The battery in the Ford Fiesta remote control can be replaced by anyone, even those with little experience. The only tool needed to successfully complete this operation is a flat-head screwdriver (Italian type) that everyone likely has at home. Insert it into the slot on the back of the remote control and use it to lever off the key blade. Once done, you can open the remote casing using just your hands and then extract and replace the battery. This is a button cell battery identified by the code CR2032.
