How to Replace the High-Pressure Fuel Pump of the Ford Focus

Model: Ford Focus MK 3 - Years 2011-2018

To replace the high-pressure fuel pump of the Ford Focus, open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay. Remove the intake hose from its housing by unscrewing the screws that secure the retaining ring. Once the hose is removed, loosen all the screws that secure the pump to its housing and all the nuts that secure the fuel lines using a 17 mm spanner. This will allow you to insert the new pump and then reattach the hose.
