Ford Focus - Video tutorial
Model: Ford Focus
MK 3
- Years 2011-2018 In order to replace the high pressure fuel pump on the Ford Focus, you need to open the bonnet, so that you can access the components located inside the engine compartment: the intake sleeve must be removed from its housing by unscrewing the screws which secure the retaining ring. When the sleeve has been removed, it will be possible to loosen all the screws that fix the pump to its housing and all the nuts that fix the fuel passage pipes, with a 17 mm spanner. In this way it will be possible to insert the new pump and subsequently the sleeve.
