How to Replace the Battery on a Ford Ranger

Model: Ford Ranger T6, P375, PX - Years 2011-2023

If you need to replace the battery on this model of vehicle, refer to the video tutorial and the instructions below. Once the bonnet is lifted, locate the battery on the left side behind the headlamp. Using a socket spanner, unscrew the securing nut of the battery support strap, then disconnect the negative terminal followed by the positive terminal, which has the pre-fuse box above it. Lift the battery out of the compartment and position the new one. Then reconnect the support strap, followed by the positive terminal and then the negative.
