Before resetting the service light, ensure you have completed all services required by the maintenance schedule for that mileage. This is even more important for a commercial vehicle. Now, let’s see how to reset the service light. First, get into the vehicle and close the doors. Press the brake and accelerator pedals simultaneously before turning on the ignition. Turn on the ignition. When the service light flashes, release the pedals. The light will turn off. Switch off the ignition and turn it back on to verify. Operation complete.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after.
