After entering the cabin and sitting in the driver's seat, turn on the ignition and the multimedia system.

Then, press the 'Settings' button on the touchscreen and select 'General'. Scroll through all the options until you reach the last one at the bottom marked 'Master Reset'. Press this command and confirm to continue. This will reset the settings to the factory defaults.
