To replace the front brake discs on a Ford Fiesta, lift the car so that it is not in contact with the ground. Once the vehicle is raised, loosen the bolts securing the wheel, completely remove it, and access the components at the back. Detach the brake caliper by unscrewing its bolts and also remove the brake pads inside; this will allow you to unscrew the bolts securing the brake disc to the hub, remove it, and replace it with a new part.
