How to replace the front discs of the Ford Fiesta V

In this video, we will see how to change the front brake discs of the Ford Fiesta V: first, we open the brake fluid container, then we lift the front part of the car, placing it on jack stands, then remove the front wheels to access the discs better. Using a flathead screwdriver, we lift the support spring of the brake pads and remove it, then turn the disc outward: insert a flathead screwdriver into the caliper slot to push it out, and then, using a small one, remove the screw cap of the caliper bolt. Using a 7mm hex key, remove the two caliper bolts and remove the caliper, which we will tie to one of the suspension springs coils to avoid damaging the brake hose. Remove the brake pads, and then use a 13mm socket wrench to loosen the caliper support bolts. Now we can remove the disc, and then clean the hub with a wire brush, and then grease it with copper grease. The new disc must be cleaned with brake cleaner before installation: even the support bolts must be lubricated with copper grease, then we can reassemble the caliper and pads, one of which must be mounted externally and one on the piston that we will reassemble by disconnecting it from where we left it. Screw the caliper bolts back in, then reassemble the support spring. Repeat the operation on the other side, after which we can reassemble the wheels and lower the car. Operation completed.
