First, move to the rear of the vehicle and start by removing the plastic cover of the bulb; to do this, unscrew the two fixing screws with a cross-head screwdriver, as shown in the video.

Now, remove the small bulb and replace it with a new one of the correct type and with the same fitting; likewise, replace the other number plate bulb!
