In this tutorial, you will see how to remove the radiator fan on a Ford Fiesta, a very simple and quick operation. First, ensure that the key is not inserted and that the engine is completely cold, then open the bonnet, disconnect the intake manifold, and remove the air filter box. Next, unclip the various wiring harnesses along the radiator frame, disconnect the lower hose, and allow all the fluid in the system to drain out. At this point, disconnect the upper hose as well, unlock the retaining clips, and separate the fan from the radiator. To fit the replacement, simply follow the reverse procedure.
