How to Replace the Engine Air Filter on a Ford Fiesta

To replace the engine air filter on a sixth-generation Ford Fiesta, open the bonnet and locate the filter box, positioned in the engine bay and connected to the intake duct. After loosening the screws or unclipping the fasteners that secure the cover, lift it just enough to access the filter element. Remove the old filter and clean the inside of the housing from any dust or dirt residues. Next, insert the new filter, ensuring it fits snugly in the housing all around the perimeter. Finally, close the filter box cover, tighten the screws or reattach the fastening clips, and check that the intake system is perfectly sealed.
