After changing the oil and filter on a Ford EcoSport, it is necessary to reset the oil light. The reset is a very simple procedure that can be done independently without going to a garage. All you need to do is turn on the ignition and enter the instrument menu using the arrows on the left side of the steering wheel. Select 'Information' and then 'Oil Life', choose 'Reset' and press the 'OK' button for a few seconds. When the light stops flashing, turn off the ignition.
