As shown in this tutorial, removing the rear door panel on a Ford Fiesta is a simple and quick task. Start by opening the door in question, then remove the small caps located inside the opening and resting handles.

Next, unscrew the two screws that are now exposed, disconnect the window lift knob, grasp the panel from the lower edge, and pull it towards you to separate it from the door. At this point, simply disconnect the lock cable and follow the reverse procedure to fit the replacement.

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space.
