Replacement of Internal Door Handle

Model: Ford Focus MK 1 - Years 1998-2004

Open the relevant door and remove the triangular plastic cover where the mirror adjustment lever is located, disconnect the connectors. Now remove the cap found in the handle space; behind this cap is the bolt to be undone. Also remove the cover of the support and unscrew the bolt and screw present. Unscrew all the screws around the internal door. Using a plastic lever, remove the entire block where the handle is located and disconnect the connectors. Now gently pull the door. Also remove the handle and disconnect the existing cable. Reinstall everything by following the steps described in reverse.
