To independently adjust the clock on a Ford Fiesta model S, first turn on the instrument panel and then press the MENU/OK button located on the central dashboard below the display. Scroll through the menu until you select the clock option, and then set the hours and minutes using the arrow keys and the central button.

Once finished, turn off the instrument panel and then turn it back on to complete the reset. This operation can be performed whenever necessary without any issues related to the control unit or onboard computer.
