In this video, you will see how to change the gear knob and gaiter on a Ford Fiesta MK6: first, you need to remove the gaiter from its housing, and the easiest way is to take off the console - which is just clipped in - making it easy to pull out the gaiter by twisting it around the gear stick until it comes off with the knob, pulling it away with some force.
