In this video, you will see a problem with the Ford Sync system: the radio turns on but does not produce any sound. What you need to do is update the software: go to the settings and check the system's automatic updates, which will perform a scan.

It tells you that you are on the latest version, so return to the Home screen, but even though the radio is on, you cannot hear anything. So, switch off the vehicle, turn it back on, and indeed, you still get no sound from the radio.

The situation resolves by turning off the vehicle for a while and then restarting it. The radio has started working normally again.
