To reset the Sync of the Ford car radio, first turn on the instrument cluster and the car radio. Then, press the gear icon and select "Settings". Now, select "System" and scroll down to the bottom of the dropdown menu.

Here, you will find the "Master Reset" option. Selecting this option will bring up a confirmation message, to which you must respond with "Yes" to reset the system to factory settings.

After a few seconds, you will notice that the system has been reset.
