How to Reset the Sync on the Ford Radio?

To reset the Sync on the Ford radio, turn on the instrument cluster by inserting the ignition key into the corresponding switch. Once the instrument cluster is on, navigate to the menu that appears on the display in the centre of the dashboard. When the option "Factory Settings" appears, select it and hold down the OK button located below the screen. Continue to hold the button for a few seconds, and you will notice that the Sync will be restored to the default settings, finally turning off the cluster.
