Warning Lights on Our Ford: What They Mean

This video explains in detail the meaning of four important warning lights that may appear on the instrument cluster of your Ford vehicle: the first is the engine warning light, and when you see it, you should stop as there is a fault occurring; the battery warning light indicates that the alternator is not charging or that the auxiliary belt has broken, which is extremely dangerous. You should also stop as soon as possible. Another important light is the tyre pressure monitoring light, which illuminates when a tyre loses pressure or is punctured. It is best to check and, if necessary, change the tyre or repair it with the appropriate kit. The last warning light covered in the video is the ABS light, which comes on when the vehicle is under stress on a challenging bend, but this is normal as the system is functioning; if the light just below it remains illuminated (which is very similar), it means the system has a fault and you need to have the car checked as soon as possible.
